Self-billing mandate

Mandate by which the creator (the principal) instructs CollabLib (RakTiak, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel, EI), SIREN 941 238 685; the agent) to issue, in the creator's name and on the creator's behalf, the invoices for services performed for CollabLib, in accordance with article 289, I-2 of the French General Tax Code.

  1. 1Purpose

CollabLib issues the invoices for any service CollabLib buys from the creator on the platform: managed selection collaborations, under a contract signed on CollabLib, and self-service paid missions, under a proposal accepted on CollabLib. The invoiced amount is the contract amount or, for a self-service mission, the agreed amount net of the 8% service fee.

  2. 2Content of invoices

Each invoice carries the mandatory mentions, a numbering sequence specific to the creator, the mention "Self-billing" and the VAT mention matching the regime declared by the creator, including "VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the CGI" under the exemption scheme.

  3. 3Issue and acceptance

In the managed selection, the invoice is issued when the creator generates it from their account, after checking their details. For a self-service mission, it is issued when the content is approved, or when the billing details are saved if they are still missing. A correction can be requested within 7 days of issue; without a request, the invoice is deemed accepted.

  4. 4Creator details

The creator keeps their status, SIRET, address and VAT regime up to date from their profile and remains responsible for their accuracy.

  5. 5Tax and social obligations

The creator remains liable for any VAT and for their tax and social declarations. A copy of each invoice is kept in their account.

  6. 6Duration and revocation

The mandate is concluded for an indefinite period. It can be revoked at any time by email to support@collablib.com, with no effect on invoices already issued.
